Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between Monjumuah (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller" or "Monjumuah") and any individual or legal entity wishing to use the services or purchase products offered on the website www.monjumuah.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer").
Any order placed on the website implies prior and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs. If the Customer does not accept these conditions, they must not use the services or place an order.
Monjumuah reserves the right to modify its T&Cs at any time without prior notice. The applicable conditions will be those in force at the time of the order.
2. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Validating an order implies express and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs. The Customer confirms this acceptance by ticking a box provided for this purpose before finalising their purchase.
3. Contractual Information
The contractual information is presented in French and will be confirmed at the latest at the time of order validation. Monjumuah reserves the right to modify its products at any time while ensuring that any changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
4. Prices
Product prices are indicated in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC) for sales in France. For orders shipped outside the European Union, prices are calculated excluding taxes. Any customs duties, local taxes or import charges are the exclusive responsibility of the Customer.
Prices displayed on the website may be modified at any time. However, the applicable price will be that in force at the time of order validation by the Customer.
5. Products and Availability
5.1. Product Characteristics
Each product is described in detail on its product page, including information such as dimensions, materials, available colours, and other relevant characteristics. Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual appearance of the products.
5.2. Availability
Products are offered subject to availability. In case of unavailability of a product after the order has been placed, Monjumuah will inform the Customer as soon as possible and offer a refund or exchange.
5.3. Missing Products
If a product is missing from the delivery, the Customer must contact Monjumuah within 48 hours of receipt.
6. Orders
6.1. Order Process
The Customer selects the desired products and adds them to their basket. They then follow the steps indicated on the website to finalise their order: identification, choice of delivery method, choice of payment method, and order validation.
6.2. Order Confirmation
An order confirmation email is sent to the Customer after payment validation. This email contains a summary of the order, the estimated delivery date, and a tracking number when available.
6.3. Order Cancellation
The Customer may request cancellation of their order before it has been shipped by contacting Monjumuah at contact@monjumuah.com.
7. Delivery
7.1. Delivery Methods
Monjumuah offers several delivery methods: Mondial Relay (pick-up point), Colissimo (home delivery), and Chronopost (express delivery). Delivery is available in France and selected European countries.
7.2. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the chosen method and destination. They are indicated at the time of order and are generally between 3 and 7 working days for France, and 5 to 14 working days for international deliveries.
8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision. To exercise this right, the Customer must inform Monjumuah by email at contact@monjumuah.com. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of notification. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
9. Payment
Payment is made at the time of order validation. Accepted payment methods include: credit card (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, and bank transfer. All transactions are secured.
10. Applicable Law and Disputes
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the competent courts will be those of the Seller's registered office.
